China clay (Kaolin) is widely used in refractory applications due to its high alumina content, low iron and alkali impurities, and excellent thermal stability. It is used in manufacturing firebricks, kiln furniture, crucibles, and refractory mortars. Its high fusion point and resistance to thermal shock make it ideal for lining furnaces, incinerators, and other high-temperature environments.

 Applications Include:

  • Firebricks
  • Monolithic castables
  • Insulating refractories

Benefits of UMA China Clay:

  • High alumina and low iron content
  • Excellent thermal and chemical stability
  • Supports high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures
